Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental well-being. We are both yoga teachers and have worked with the body and breath for many years. Simon is also an osteopath and together we have combined our knowledge and skill to create ‘Osteoclass’. It is all about joint mobility using osteopathic principles. It’s basically mindfulness in movement. We have created a video that gives you the tools needed to maintain a healthy, moving body.
