We recently moved to Limassol in Cyprus and we’re both working at The Osteopathic Health Centre, where you can book an appointment with us. We look forward to seeing you.

We are both yoga teachers and have worked with the body and breath for many years. Together we have combined our knowledge and skill to create ‘Osteoclass’. It is all about joint mobility using osteopathic principles. It’s basically mindfulness in movement. We have created a video that gives you the tools needed to maintain a healthy, moving body. We can also offer shamanic healing work online via Zoom.

Simon and Xenie approached me in a beautifully calm, holistic way. I received detailed treatment and advice from Simon which not only cured my knee but my whole biological, emotional, and spiritual self. It’s been a truly transformative experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
